INTRODUCTION
At this point I am sure you have contacted me and let me know you want to
work with me on a project together. I am so excited that you have chosen me
to be your web designer and transform your brand into beauty! It truly means
a lot to me that you would choose to support a small business and especially
mine! I will contact you via phone to introduce myself and get to know you as
well. My ideal client is passionate about their brand and easy going. If that is
you, the next step will be to contact you about your design needs, receive a
quote and schedule your project in the calendar.

YOUR VISION
STEP TWO
Once I have received your payment to begin your project, you will receive an email with my Design Questionnaire attached. Please complete this at your earliest convenience. Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire the next step will be to get in touch to discuss your vision. Things to think about when planning your brand are, target audience, color palettes, typography styles, and things that inspire you. It also helps to create a vision board on Pinterest to share with me your vision.

STEP THREE
PROJECT DAY
On the start of your project day I will begin working on your mood
and color boards. Once given the approval, you will be given my ideas for your website through images and screenshots. Once you are satisfied with where I am heading with your project I will complete your website design to the best of my ability with only you in mind. Once I have finished a generalized idea of your website I will coordinate a time to speak with you via Facebook Video, Telephone, Skype etc. This will be to see if you have any other additives you would like to include in your website that I may have missed.
By this time you will have already emailed me all of your page copy and photos to include in your website. I will ask you to do some "homework", and by this I mean I need you to create your own paragraphs in your introduction, about, and services pages. If you need assistance I am here to help write for you for an additional fee. After I have pieced everything on your website together you will receive a draft of your homepage and other pages for review. Each page includes 2 additional edits if needed. Further edits are invoiced. Once completed you are ready for launch! Get the champagne glasses ready because you are about to go LIVE!

It's Launch Day! Congratulations! What an adventure right? At this point you will be sent all of your website documents and ready to connect your design to your domain (if you have chosen to purchase one through WIX) Your new gorgeous website is ready to be shown to the world! CHEERS!
